What stays on your iPad
Your drawings, thumbnails, favorites, story progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to us. The app has no server account or built-in cloud sync. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple backup settings.
Sharing and device permissions
A parent check protects sharing and export. When you choose to share artwork, the destination you select receives it through the system share sheet. Saving to Photos may request permission to add images. Doodle Lamb does not read your photo library or request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or location. Other apps and services handle shared files under their own policies.
Children’s privacy
The app does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. There are no public profiles, chat features, advertising, or in-app purchases. Parents and guardians should supervise sharing and avoid including personal information in exported artwork or support messages.
Managing your saved work
You can edit your artwork in the app. Deleting the app removes its local data; export any pictures you want to keep first. We cannot recover artwork from your device. Apple backups and services may retain data according to your settings and Apple’s policies.
When you contact support
If you email minho@ohnim.app, we receive your email address and anything you choose to send. We use that information to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send sensitive information or a child’s personal details. You may ask us to delete support correspondence, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
This website
These support pages are hosted on Vercel and contain no advertising or added analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website. The website cannot access the app’s locally saved drawings.
Apple services and changes
App Store purchases, TestFlight, operating-system services, and device backups are handled by Apple under its own policies. We may update this policy when the app changes; the effective date will be shown above. For privacy questions, contact Minho Lee at minho@ohnim.app.
