The offline app

Color studio does not require an account and does not send drawings, device identifiers or usage activity to the publisher. The app contains no advertising, third-party analytics, tracking tools or live AI-generation service.

Artwork and storage

Drawings, entered letters, saved coloring versions and thumbnails are stored locally on the iPad. Standard device backups may include this data according to the owner’s Apple settings. The app does not offer its own cloud account or cross-device synchronization.

Clearing a coloring picture saves its colored version in that picture’s history before resetting it. Confirming deletion of a personal sketch removes that sketch. Deleting the app removes its local artwork data. Export pictures you want to keep before deleting the app.

Parent controls

Optional weekly schedules and daily app-use allowance totals are stored on the iPad. A protected PIN verifier is stored in the iPad Keychain; the app does not store the PIN itself. These settings and totals are not sent to the publisher. Time limits apply within Color studio and use the iPad’s local date.

Sharing and Photos

A parent check is required before exporting artwork: the parent PIN if one exists, or a math question otherwise. The native iPad share sheet sends the rendered picture to the destination the parent selects. That destination has its own storage and privacy practices. The publisher does not automatically receive a copy.

Saving an exported image to Photos may require system permission. The app does not read your photo library and does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts or location.

Children

The app does not collect personal information from children through its coloring features. Parents and guardians should supervise exports. The publisher does not receive local drawings unless you choose to send them directly, such as in a support email.

Support email

If you email support, the publisher receives your email address and the information you include to respond to your request. Please do not send a child’s personal details or sensitive artwork. You may request deletion of support correspondence, subject to records that must be retained for legal obligations.

This website

These support and privacy pages are hosted on Vercel. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. These pages do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Visiting the website is separate from using the offline iPad app.
